Our client, a digital health company targeting chronic debilitating anxiety through a unique smartphone and wearable service offering that empowers the consumer to validate the impact of treatments on their sleep, anxiety and pain. Our client wanted to deeply understand how their identified product features were experienced and valued by targeted users. In addition, our client wanted to validate if their product features were positively correlated with their mission of enabling consumers to monitor and measure the efficacy and side effects of current treatments, especially with rising nutraceutical use. Ultimately, these insights were required to inform the company MVP
What We Did:
- Conducted and managed the 5 week user experience of a target population in their normal daily lives to ensure product and science feedback was genuine and pragmatic
- Detected and magnified key features in the data set to identify unique value propositions and priorities for the MVP
- Designed and aligned a 5 week product and science focussed user journey to drive the MVP
